Chef Roberto started his career twenty years ago while studying at “Istituto Alberghiero C.Porta” in Italy.

After completing his diploma he started working for “Club Med” which gave him the opportunity to learn and refine his skills in different cuisine all over Europe.

Came to Australia ten years ago, where he’s been working for the finest restaurant in Brisbane .
